「Overall the house was perfect for a couple looking to get away for the weekend. The house was clean and the view was amazing from the living room and deck. It was a bit noisy when it rained due to the down spout of the gutter being ran against the bedroom wall. Our only issue for the weekend was that unfortunately the Hot Tub was not working and did not heat up even after they sent a repairman out. If we had been dead set on sitting in the hot tub and watching the ocean this would have been...

「Places on the ocean have a hard time keeping up with the odd ball maintenance and this place is no exception. Handrails are rough, and the door has big gaps around the frame. That being said, the balcony looks right over the water and that was all i really wanted. 」

The floors looked fine until we took our shoes off and the floors were very sandy. We hadnt' been on the beach yet, so we swept it. There were 2 of us for 3 nights with only one bath towel.
