I am not sure why it is necessary these days to take a $200 deposit from you even when you have paid for the room. It takes between 5-7 business days to return the funds, which is just ludicrous these days.
The room was spacious but could do with refurbishment.

Lovely property, close to train and light rail and walking distance to a lot of things I flew down for.
Mattress was quite soft for me, and didn't sleep well, but otherwise a great experience.

Ideal location for the bridge and views to Sydney opera house. The room was a let down. Blood on the sheet. The room was at the rear of the property above a busy bar and the bins. The room did not impress
