「Love this place! Very friendly and secluded. Not your typical resort-look elsewhere if that’s what you want. But if you want a friendly private sailing camp where you hang out with other fun people and like to sail and kayak, this is absolutely it! The use of the sailboat alone more than pays for the room.」

We had friends staying in other places, so we only spent one day using the pool and small beach area…but both were clean, safe, and nice to enjoy. 「2 Grandparents,2 Parents, and 2 Kids had a great spring break full of adventures with this as our home base. It was very nice! Clean and handy. Beach area was small and surrounded by mangrove forest. The pool was great. The balcony was not kid safe for a 4 year old, so maybe BYO kid exclusion device/gate, if applicable. It could have used another comfortable chair. Just had a small couch. 」

「Most an amazing place, with an amazing view. Frank was great to work with if had any questions or needs. We have been coming down to Marathon for 10 years and had one place we rented be sold, this was our first year at this location. So private, pool was amazing, kitchen had everything you need, all bedrooms had own bathroom, screen porch had unreal views. We will definitely be back next year and hopefully many years in the future. A little piece of heaven on earth.」

「We were looking for a ni e quiet get and thats what we got. It was nice and clean condo. The manager and stsff were grrat as well. Our only disappointment was that there was no sandy beach. There was a coral sand walk way and a nice coral sand beachy area at the land locked lagoon within the community. That disappointment was more due to our lack of knowledge of the area. Sandy beaches arent really around in the keys. Other than that everything was fantastic. 」

「First trip to the Keys for our family. We loved the three bedroom townhouse we stayed in with our two teenagers. There is essentially nothing else on the resort so plan accordingly. The facility was clean and as we arrived before many guests checking in for Easter weekend, it was not too full initially. 「The property is very nice, in fact gorgeous! The amenities were convenient. Had a number of meals at Calusa, and the food was exceptional, even if a bit pricey. The service there was very good! "The parking is good. There is a nice pool and restaurant. You will have breakfast with a lot of sea birds nearby and other animals waiting for you here and there. The facilities in the room are really aged and don’t work efficiently, including the toilet, sink, closet, telephone, doors. "
