"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "Great family business, super friendly and these guys all went out of their way to make this a memorable trip, even driving us out of Palmi to take us to a neighbouring town. "Loved the pool. Parking was great and easy. Location was easy to find. Staff were helpful. Showers were very small. Bathrooms smelled a bit - plumbing problems perhaps need fixing. Hotel is a bit dated and needs a renovation."

"Upon arrival, and until Departure, we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Étoiles Luxury Guest House. We stayed in the apartment with the patio and it was perfect for our needs, staff were helpful when we reached out for assistance. Have a beach and sunset to ourselves each evening a particular highlight. "

"Stayed here one night. Felt safe and our car stayed in the garage which is gated. Big bathroom small shower. It was 3 of us and each of us stayed in a twin. Too small for us but one night worked. Big complaint was no ac. It was hard to sleep since i was hot. If we opened the window no screen to stop any bug. Breakfast could be way better. It was limited. Over all though i liked it and neighborhoods was quiet. P.S. bring cash to this town if you are american. Was hard to pump gas since it didn't...

"Got back from the Bagnara two days ago and had the most wonderful stay at Victoria Grand Hotel. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help and make my stay enjoyable. The hotels restaurant serves one of the best pasta dishes. A big shout out to Mirium and Perier who most helpful. The general manager Frank was amazing. He went out of his way to take us round the island and show us all the lovely spots. Had the most awesome stay and would recommend....

"The outside of the property is a bit deceiving, it looks a little plain, but the inside is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location for anyone travelling in the area."

"Short 1 night stay before going to Tropea. A but challenging with language barrier arranging to meet Mimmo the owner, a lovely older gentleman but we got there with the help of technology. Helped us with a lift from our car to as close to the property as possible then walked the last bit through the narrow streets. "No restaurant even though still advertising as available Hotel is literally miles from nearest restaurant on mountainous roads with no lighting. We arrived after a long journey tired and hungry, only to be told nearest restaurant was 9 miles away. We paid for breakfast included and received a long life croissant an apple and orange on first morning, thereafter NOTHING There was no heating, in January and hence sheets were damp. "Ein super tolles Hotel, sehr schöne und geräumige Zimmer, traumhafter Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon aus, toller Service, sehr freundliche Angestellte. Lediglich das Personal im Frühstückssaal könnte den Service verbessern und der Kaffee zum Frühstück ließ geschmacklich zu wünschen übrig. Alles andere war spitzenmäßig. Jederzeit wieder!!!"
