“En general el servicio de las personas es muy buena, son muy amables y te colaboran en lo que necesites. La habitación muy limpia, el único pero que vi es que en el baño no había jabón para el lavamanos y tocaba usar el de la ducha que era una tarro que estaba fijo en la pared. Tiene buena ubicación y queda cerca a la plaza principal y a varios restaurantes.”

“El hotel es realmente bueno, me gustó mucho el desayuno. Puede mejorar las almohadas de la cama en la habitación, son muy altas y terminé con dolor de cuello. El personal puede ser más cálido y más cuando el hotel está lleno, se presentó caos a la hora del desayuno, refill demorado. Hay que tener en cuenta la recomendación del servicio de transporte del hotel, el señor Arnaldo cambió los precios a último momento, no fue una buena experiencia.”

“The Selva Maria Hotel is pretty basic as far as amenities go, but the personal touches are where it really shines. I stayed here for 9 nights when I was in Santa Fe for a paragliding competition. The staff were friendly, eager to please and engaging. Breakfast was made to order everyday. I appreciated the quiet retreat here at the end of a long, hot day. ”

“It’s a very tropical area with many trees,gardens,tropical vegetation and mosquitoes if it rains.It’s near the central area but you can take a mototaxi for just US$1. The swimming pool is good and there are many other activities to do there but the best it’s walking all around the Colonial Area. Good restaurants, museums, churches and if you go for a cultural event it will be even better.”

“What a beautiful hotel! We stayed for one night and the service was impeccable. It was super clean, very comfortably and my gosh, the view is just stunning. We stayed in the room with a terrace with a view of the mountains, so so pretty! It had a huge king size bed, AC and floor to ceiling windows that let you see the mountains and the sunrise. Pool was great as well but they also have two big jacuzzi’s. There weren’t many folks when we came and it felt like we had the place to ourselves !”
