"We left early because the pool was too warm. On the first day there, you could even say that the pool was hot because I thought it was heated at first. The listing says there are two pools so I thought maybe the non heated pool was elsewhere. It’s actually the one long pool and a jacuzzi seating as the second pool. We were told it was normal, that the sun heats up the pool. I didn’t believe it at first and thought it had to be a plumbing issue since the water was so warm even in the evening...

"It would have been better if I’d have rented a car to get around. Anyplace nearby to get food? No. Anywhere to find washing soap? No. Had to call for a shuttle anytime we wanted to go to the main resort. The real ugly, they kept asking for The hotel reservation number. Hotels.com would not give it. The hotel refused to find it. So, sort of limited on what we could do. The room itself was a bit rundown. Several broken cabinet doors. The cockroaches were friendly if not expected. ITT had a nice...

"This place was great, we were upgraded to 3 bedroom. They offered free breakfast they bring to your villa each day. Laundry, service, massage table right in your villa. The projector will not work with USA streaming services and you cant get others unless you have local credit card. the jetted tub was also broken, after filling 1/3 full it would leak onto the floor and fill no higher. even with these problems still a great stay. "

"What a gem Beach Melati Apartments are. Boutique hotel really. Stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. So spacious and great for a group of people. Everything at your door step. Would highly recommend. "
