「I was struck by how small the property was. The sofa bed just fits in the space.We arrived very late and found the keys in the safe box. We followed instructions to the apartment.It was not clear where the lift by the bus station was- you have to go through some doors as the lifts are inside.On arriving in the apartment, there was no toilet paper.
