「The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great with an attentive and flexible staff who adjusted breakfast times for an early excursion which they helped us book (a 360 island tour which was also excellent and reasonably priced compared to similar options). They were also very flexible with early check-in and departure. All around a great value for our short stay in San Cristobal.」

「Fui recebida no hotel com muita simpatia. Meu quarto era grande com sacada envidraçada, rede, ar condicionado. Cafe da manha com paes e frutas incluso e proximo ao muele onde pode se ouvir os leoes marinhos. O Eduardo é muito simpatico e ajuda em dicas de excursões. Bem pertinho da Playa Mann e da trilha para o Tijeretas.」

「Nice hotel that has had a make-over in the past few years. Staff very helpful and accommodations in the rooms very nice. The hallways and areas between main lobby and rooms could use some improvement, given the price, the overall feel of the place is not super luxury. The food in the restaurant was superb. We had the complementary breakfast (which was extraordinary) plus two dinners and a lunch which were all exceptional. The restaurant staff seemed like they were nearly all new to the job...

「Hand soap was very unsanitary and has a lot of flocculent mold inside. Our room was very small. And the shower was so confusing and they didn’t tell us how to use it. Unfortunately no one were there to ask at night when I want to take a shower. It’s unfriendly for English speaker because I can hardly communicate with the staffs. 「First time in Galapagos and the staff and management at the Indigo made it the most amazing trip. They were very helpful in booking different activities and restaurants. The staff also made great drinks and food was excellent at the hotel. It is by far the most luxurious option in Galapagos. While some write about it being a higher price point, it is fully worth it for the level of service, cleanness of rooms, quality of food and hotel.
