We have an extensive list of issues
- room with no lock that could have been deadly for a special needs child
- no plan to deal with the issue when inquired about - desk clerk indicated she was sorry but she is in training - could wait til 11 p.m. when the night clerk arrived who might be better equipped to deal with the issue
- existing broken lock apparatus caused injury
metal splinter in finger
- no first aid kit on the property
- could not give a receipt - get it from Expedia even though I paid for 4 rooms directly to the hotel
- pool closed with no signage
- desk clerk gave the wrong hours for the pool
- caution tape limiting access to the rooms we were given
- and the list goes on and on 😔
