「Place is cozy with all amenities of home. Enjoyed our stay. However, the listed 4th bedroom with the sofa pull out could use some curtains. Luckily my teenage daughter was ok with it since she’s an early riser. Also, the stairs are very slippery, so grippers for the steps on the stairs would help, considering I almost fell. Anyways, overall, it’s a great place for the cost, location and able to accommodate 10 people. Would definitely consider staying here again 」

「Quick work trip that we turned into a mini-vacation. The hosts were super communicative and even offered fresh fruit for our arrival. We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and this is at the top of the list as far as being well appointed. Easy to cook without needing additional resources. Extremly clean and comfortable. Super cool neighborhood. Very quiet while being walking distance to grocery, restaurants, bars, shops. Also, conviennent location to major freeways. 5 Forks!」

「I stayed for two days with my two teenage boys while we did a visit to the University of California San Diego. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the property. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. The host's local restaurant recommendations were terrific.」

「What an amazing trip!! This house was perfect and everyone had space. The backyard was a hit!! The BBQ, the pool, the slides, and the hot tub is where we spent all of our time. The communication with the host was also 5 star. We had some change ups through the time between reserving and checking in and the host was amazing and accommodating!! We will for sure be returning for more family memories ❤️」

「Overall stay was good. Cleanliness was an issue. Bathrooms not properly cleaned, sheets were dusty or dirty, and we had to rewash all the bed sheets. A wet bath mat was left in the washer. Host offered to have cleaners come by but we refused since we were already settled in. Place is great just need to hire better cleaners.」

「Overall my children were happy with the set up. The house was clean. The pool and outside games was definitely the highlight. Also per house rules, quiet hours began at 10pm, however the neighbor complained about my children still in the pool and it was only 8 o'clock. In the morning I decided to go for a swim and during my swim the pool cleaning guy entered the property without any notice and wanted to clean it. Being polite I allowed him to, but It definitely would've been great if he had come...
