「The house not clean enough. Garage was locked. Matter wire was sticking out and there was risk of injury. When requested for extension of one night, the was very uncooperative and argued back saying he would change $1000 per night. The place was beautiful but accommodation not really recommendable. Sorry.」

「We want a refund as we could enter the property. something went wrong with the accommodation. We followed the instructions to complete the verify process (twice). The for instructions was to get a password to open after the verify process. It said it would email straight away. But nothing. The email never arrived and the person had to look accommodation elsewhere, she had to pay for the accommodation and car to reach the new place.」
