「This cottage is so adorable and just a short walk to the beach and a local convenience store. This makes it easy to park the car and just walk to get coffee and such. We stayed in October so not much open this time of year, but we were in the area for a family wedding so not much time to hang out anyway. This was the first time I've rented on Vrbo, so I wasn't sure what to expect as have read a lot about obnoxious owners with tons of rules, but Brett is super-chill with only a couple of things...

「We enjoyed this little condo. The listing was accurate. The owner responded to every question and was easy to communicate with. We were thankful for plenty of coffee the next morning. We also had enough snacks that had been left for us that the 5 of us were able to have breakfast the next morning. It was a little far from town, but the parking in town was pretty rough so we still decided to walk to the downtown area and it wasn’t too bad of a walk.」

「Overall we enjoyed our stay. Very close to all the touristy places. Parking was listed as included and it is not... we had to park in the street or in a town lot behind our place. The coffee maker is a Keuring which I wished I had known. I could have brought coffee pods with me. There is no oven but they have a very good toaster oven on top of the refrigerator.
