For the price, I expected a little bit more. The bathroom could use a remodel. The bathroom sink was clogged and the sink & tub were old & chipped. The lady that checked us in early (which was great!) came to the room and attempted to fix the drain but it was still slow.

Overpriced for what it was. We stayed in a 4 star resort the previous night with all kinds of amenities and amazing views for half the price. Its just outside of Portland and we needed to be closer to Leavenworth, or we would have just stayed at the resort.

Staff is friendly, pleasant, and helpful. Room was available and ready at check in time. Room appeared clean: sink, toilet, shower/tub, counter/desk/table surfaces, sheets. Blanket on beds had no weight to them. All members traveling in our party commented on this. There were no additional blankets in the room. Room is dated. Curtains. Carpet. Furniture. Lamps. The dark green colored walls felt claustrophobic and depressing. The lighting was extremely poor. There were few available outlets for device charging. Had to unplug items in room to charge devices. A power strip would have been helpful. Hangers on rack produced ear piercing squeaks when slid across bar holder. Breakfast quality, poor. Coffee was horrible. Tossed all of it after tasting. The Internet was not working our entire 3 night stay. Staff was diligently working on correcting this and appeared frustrated with lack of solutions from Internet carrier. Parking availability was nearly nonexistent after 10PM. Will not stay again especially with the high charged prices.

Very nice room, comfortable, clean, check in lady was pleasant and she carried a microwave to our room in 100 degree weather. Thank you :)! The only complaint that I have is that the room smelled musty. I bought a candle and burned it while I stayed overnight.

It was very clean, had comfortable beds and very nice amenities, including numerous breakfast options and coffee options. We come every year for rafting and this will be our new place to stay. The nearness (5 minute walk) to most of the Front Street stores and restaurants was a deciding factor for choosing this Inn, too.
