Parkdale Place - Cozy Home Near All Amenities

This Cozy home is nestled right in the middle of Leamington, Ontario. All the amenities you need are just a few minutes from the house, including food, shopping, Lake Erie and Seacliff Beach. Point Pelee is only a 10 minute drive away, and with your booking you receive free entry into the park. The house features a fenced in backyard with lots of privacy, and on site parking. This is perfect for those who need a quiet getaway. You won't find a better location than this!

Great stay
The place was lovely. Great communication, everything was well organized, stocked full of everything you could need, and very clean. Kevin was helpful throughout, and contacted us after he thought we had forgotten something after checkout. The park pass was a very nice added bonus. We’d definitely stay here again.

Family Wedding
Family with adult children and partner/spouse. Literally dropped off bags and changed and heading to wedding. Spent one night. Nice place. We could tell right away people smoke in this house. Could smell this throughout the house. A bit of a challenge as one of us is allergic to tobacco. We did not use any of the appliances/kitchen. Just showered in the morning and left.

The only disappointing part was we were unable to use the bbq as it was not clean. It looked like it had not been cleaned at all since it was bought. This was unfortunate as it was a feature of the listing that we hoped to take advantage of.

Point Pelee Birding Stay
This is a great location for going to Point Pelee for the Festival of Birds in the spring. Worked out great for 3 adult couples. Very clean and up to date. Kitchen was great for preparing meals and there's a nice common area for playing games and watching TV. Nice backyard for sitting outside as well. It's also walking distance to the beach which was a really nice walk in the morning.

Clean, organized, met our needs
Very clean property, convenient location. Any cupboards containing usable amenities were clearly labelled. If you're looking for a hotel-suite equivalent with a back patio, it serves its purpose. Some minor upkeep issues (likely remnants of previous tenants) were discovered. Does not appear to be lived-in aside from short-term rentals -- not so much as a deck of cards left behind. You get your basic kitchen/bathroom/laundry essentials, Netflix (didn't use), and a Point Pelee pass (had our own). Overall an adequate accommodation but lacked the home-y warmth we've had in other stays. P.S. Washing machine is LOUD, do not try to run a load when anyone is trying to sleep.

Exactly what we needed
Such a cute, clean and comfortable home! Starbucks is right across the street which was awesome for a morning coffee walk. Good location not too far away from the wineries we came to see. Check in was super easy and hassle free, would definitely choose to stay here again.

We came to watch the 2024 Solar Eclipse. Kevin was wonderful with giving suggestions for places to eat, and watch the eclipse. The home is spotless, well organized and has tons of snacks, spice, netflix to settle in and enjoy. We highly recommend and will definitley stay again!!
