「Stayed in suite with our 18-month twins for the second time. So can compare what was good, what was bad and what has changed in the meantime (but basically the bad points remain year after year) On the plus side: Very large, well-designed rooms with stunning view. 「A great place to stay for summer mountain adventures. We stayed 4 nights at the beginning of September. The hotel is wonderful. The only issue we had was that all of the restaurants nearby were closed for the season. And only a few in the town center (10-15 minute walk) were open. Other than that everything was great. 」

「Die Umgebung sehr schön. Das Zimmer komfortabel mit guter Aussicht. Leider wurden weder die Korridore auf den Etagen noch die Waschküche in 14 Tg einmal gereinigt! Alles etwas schmuddelig… sehr schade! Das Büffet reichhaltig doch gehörten oft Gläser, Wein, Getränke…. Die Tische wurden oft lange nicht abgeräumt oder frisch gedeckt. Es fehlt dringend ein Chef de Service der Vorort ist! Ansonsten freundliches Personal ( mehrheitlich…)」

「This is a high quality hotel, with swimming pool, view on the 2 major lifts in Val d'Isere, 50m away from each of these major cabins lifts, easy to climb in the summer to the top, the service in the hotel is high, breakfast is typical french with the best French croissants ever.」

「Rapporto qualità prezzo ottima, le pulizie della stanza tardive al pomeriggio e fatte in maniera veloce, x me che avevo un cane che pagava cmq il supplemento per la pulizia, non era eccellente e qualche volta ho dovuto ripassare io . Complessivamente però sono stato bene e la stanza era molto confortevole 」

「Overall the accommodation was good and a nice location to the slopes. Most of the staff were friendly but some I found were a little rude and felt we were inconvenient for them the lift took ages so we always took the stairs. Bar staff were very friendly. I would most probably stay there again in the future. 」
