"Nice place. Just off the interstate but no road noise at all. Bed was good. Pillows were the usual marshmallow junk they put in hotel bedrooms but I want mine to be as firm as possible so that's a subjective opinion. Bedroom was very spacious. Overall a good experience. "

"This location exceeded my expectations. I had stayed at another chain in Clanton in the past but this time I booked a room at the Best Western because the rates were better. I was not disappointed. It was one of the cleanest hotels I have every stayed at. The staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was more than I expected with a lot of choices. Great experience."

"It was a last minute decision to stay since traffic was so bad. My husband and I just had to pull off for the night. luckily there were 2 rooms left. The girl at the front desk was amazing at helping us with my gift card. It helped us decompress and start the next day. Very comfortable bed."

"We expected a continental breakfast, but there wasn't one. Welcoming and efficient check-in. Hardee's right across the street. Location convenient to everywhere we needed to go--Sturdivant, Tally-Ho, and Southern Sportsman Lodge. The lodge, a drive away, still convenient because we could use the bypass very easily. If occasion arises, we'll stay there again. Comfortable bed, good AC, non-smoking room actually odor free. We rested well."

"This is no 5 star hotel BUT it was clean and in a convenient location. The front desk lady Audrey was very pleasant to talk to in the morning. I wish I could remember the girl name, but she has lots of tattoos and cleans the rooms. She really took the time out to make sure I was in a room near my sister and that my room was clean and had fresh towels. She told me to wait 15-20 minutes and was done in 10 minutes! Worst experience with property and company

"As a business owners, I dont leave bad reviews because usually a company at least tries. I have waited over 2 weeks to leave this review, however, to see if Evolve would refund me. They havent. The safety and cleanliness issues need no explanation if you look at the photos. This place was gross, smelly, and unsafe. It had improperly placed fire extinguishers, dirty cabinets, bad sheetrock and peeling up flooring, faulty wiring/ lights and an unphotographed bullet hole in a door. The fence that they associate with safety was delapidated and I told them that their security system was no deterrant in that bad neighborhood. We couldnt leave our trucks, loaded with equipment, there for fear of theft. I called the company, evolve, to tell them that the place was unsafe, and unsanitary and that we were leaving. They said okay and opened a case *to see what the property owner would do about it*. I have provided photos and explained my complaints but they defend the property owner and blame us for a fallen door (that almost fell on my carpenter associate who only tried to open it). This fight has been going on for over 2 weeks and they claim to be waiting on proof from the property owner. I'm getting impatient and am really upset that the company upholds NONE of its satisfaction garantees. "

Quaint and comfortable

"We came to town for a gymnastics competition traveling with ages from 7 to 87. It suited our needs perfectly. The loft was amazing little hideaway. And the futon chair is a dream to relax in. Would def recommend anyone needing a quick easy stay. Host was most wonderful with communication. "
