「Had issue with check in. Nothing sent to phone as stated because of limited cell service in area. Had to go to office to get room and code. They have wrong room and had to go back for correct room. This was frustrating because it was after the check in time, which is later than most properties. The unit was fine, bare bones with decor etc. shower in one bathroom was leaking. I have stayed on property few times. This time was definitely less impressive.」

「This was perfect for me and my friends to stay for a couple of days! The property was gorgeous, neighbors were great, however there were definitely things that needed updates like the kitchenware, cabinets and bathrooms. But overall had an amazing time!」

「We had a great stay at the house! It was much larger than we even expected and came outfitted with everything you could need for a weekend away in July. Our host was super communicative and flexible. The pool is perfect and the location is ideal for a comprehensive weekend away in the Hamptons. We will be back- thank you again!」

「the home was clean and as promised. The owner, Mark, was easy to work with, the pool and back yard were beautiful! I would definitely stay here again. Mark was available for all of our questions when we arrived. the location was amazing. the home is bright and airy, all beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were clean and updated. 「What a special property that is so wonderfully serene and cozy. The home itself has a great layout and and truly brought a relaxed feeling to my family. The pool and outside area is idyllic - while we were there the entire back of the house was covered with roses. We cooked and found everything we needed in the kitchen and used the outdoor dining space and felt like we were miles and miles away from the city. Communication with the host was great. I would stay here again definitely.」

「Clean, spacious and well maintained house with lots of beautiful touches and antiques that give the place a warm character. Bedrooms are very large and comfortable, with couches in most of them and a few with decks. House looks better in person than in pictures. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. 「We loved our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It is located a few minutes from the sound. We wished we have driven there sometimes but the parking lot is only for residents with permits, so we walked. The property overlooks Goldsmith inlet. We saw a lot of wildlife including swans and a deer which walked right through the back yard. The owner left a bottle of wine which was very nice and allowed for early check in and late check out. We would love to come back.」

「Excellent price and value. Beautiful new renovated rooms. The drive to Southampton was also easy. The only downside was that they had placed mulch all over the property and it smelled so strong we didn’t want to sit outside because of it. It didn’t affect our stay too much as we were driving into Southampton to the beach and not there to use the outdoor spaces of the hotel. It wouldn’t deter me from staying again. The property was beautifully renovated and the rooms comfy. 」
