「At first glance, everything appeared to be in decent order. The more we unpacked and established ourselves is when the dirt, dust and cobwebs appeared. The closet door that appeared to cover the HVAC unit had fluffy tufts of dust and dirt stuck to the slats. The counters were greasy. There was residual food left in the bottom of the kitchen trashcan. The shower curtain had mold, dirt and hair stuck to it - I just went ahead and bought a new one and replaced it. We were sent a "skip the check in"...

「This is a lovely quiet neighborhood. We did not use the pool. I think you actually need a pool pass or something.the only issue we had was the trash outside was overflowing. We didn’t get to enjoy the little porch as the can was right there. 」

「We had such a wonderful time staying at this property. The bedrooms/bathrooms/family room and downstairs layout were so perfect for our group of family friends with lots of teens! We used all the areas - including the outside carport and deck. The kitchen was really well stocked, and so were the towels/sheets etc. Caroline was a wonderful and responsive host - we didn’t have any issues, just a question or 2 and she responded immediately. It was close to the beach, but outside of the busy tourist areas. 10-15 minutes for the vast majority of tourist attractions, and a great location to hit up Rehoboth(20 min) and Ocean City(40 min) board walks in 1 vacation. Some odds and ends in the house were broken, like door knobs or ceiling fans, but overall the place was well worth it's price.」

「Overall the house and neighborhood were nice. The cleaning is lacking. There was visible mold, spider webs and dust in multiple places inside…we’re not particularly fussy about things but it was significant. The pullout bed had debris in it. We had spiders in the beds and ants in the kitchen and on the porch. On a positive note, the proximity to the trolley was great and the house would otherwise suit our needs for our family including a bunch of kids to get together. 」
