「An absolutely fantastic stay in this wonderful castle. Everything about it was perfect. The service was excellent, the food delicious and the gardens are a great way to spend a few hours. The museum was really interesting and we spent hours on the balcony watching the ships and trains passing along the Rhine valley. 」

「The hotel's location is good. However, we're not happy with the front desk clerks. As we had 3 people stayed there for 2 nights and we asked if we can change to a bigger room, even they don't have a room for 3. They answered that the hotel was fully booked. We felt that they just want to make an excuse to close the case of our request and not willing like to help.」

「Straightforward staffs so felt less courteous. As checked in, frontdesk lady let me wait for 5 mins then dissapeared. It was its restaurant waitress helped me thru check-in.」
