「The shower water is horrible. If next room use the hot water , then you need to wait them to finish to get hot water. The swimming is so small compared with the Hu fabulous village . And no cleaning stuff as well. Not worth this price. 」

「Lovely large apartment on a quiet street. The only criticism would be the bed could have been more comfortable and the apartment does not have an iron and the kitchen is quite bare. Communication with the host was quick and easy, my wife and I would stay again.」

「Filipo and Silvia have designed a lovely and very comfortable apartment located right by the canal. They are very responsive hosts and make themselves available. There are very good locally frequented restaurants nearby. The area is perfect - a quiet neighborhood away from the tourist center but close enough to get everywhere. We highly recommend for a stay in this most romantic city.」

「Gian Maria was very responsive to questions and had the room early when we arrived earlier than originally planned. Away from most of the crowds - the street was a little loud but by 11 pm (on a Saturday) had quieted down. Did not see a grill or hot tub but didn’t have a need for those in a cool November. Would definitely stay there again if we ever return to Venice!」

「Check in war tadellos, die Wohnung ist etwas lieblos und pragmatisch eingerichtet, die Sauberkeit war etwas dürftig, grundsätzlich super Immobilie zum Verweilen in Venedig. 「Very cute apartment with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was great - restaurants and a grocer just minutes away. I highly recommend.」

「Paolo was very informative for check-in and arrival details. This quaint, quite, fully equipped apartment is perfect for two. Pictures represent the apartment well. The area is easily accessed by water taxi and within 20 min walking distance of most must see sites. Although the bed was a little hard for our liking we still enjoyed our time at this lovely apartment. 」

「Apartamento é ótimo, muito bem localizado e super confortável, com tudo que é necessário para uma estadia tranquila e confortável. Ótimo atendimento e com suporte por WhatsApp caso precisasse de algo. Super recomendo.」

「Location is really good. Communication with property manager was poor partly because VRBO messaging was not functioning and property manager was not consistently responding to email with complete decisions. Mosquitoes are a problem in this property. After arriving and finding windows opened by maid, we closed windows and used air conditioner. Yet, despite killing all mosquitoes that day, there were more to greet us each night after touring. Property manager and maid had been in the property...

「Eliana is great to work with, our flight was delayed 5 hours and she had someone there late to check us into the property. The place is very nice and clean. It is one block from the tram stop to get in and out of Venice, it couldn’t be easier. This is a great place and I highly recommend it.」
