Ideal Location close to shopping area and bakery

This property has an ideal location, close to the main park, skate park, shopping area and bakery. Surf Mist has been fully renovated from the polished timber floors to the new bathrooms and kitchen but has kept that essential relaxed Lancelin holiday feel.
“Surf Mist” has sleeping for ten people, the master bedroom has a queen bed, second room has a queen bed, third room has a set of bunks and a single bed, the fourth bedroom has a Trio Bed, double on the bottom with a single bunk on top, plus there is a day bed if you need a little more room.

There is a hot and cold outdoor shower great for when you get back from the beach, large deck with outdoor setting and BBQ as well as large fully enclosed yard with gates so you can bring along your dog as well ($250 Pet Bond Applicable).
The lounge has a large wall mounted smart TV so you can bring your hard drive with all the videos, there’s also a stereo with blue tooth for all the tunes.
Surf mist also has plenty of room to park the boat.
Linen is provided. Guests need to bring towels.
NB: Fire not available for guest usage

Was a great place to stay as it was so close to everything! Shops, beach and the bakery! The markets were on which was lovely. Great street and relatively quiet considering the time of year!!! It’s a shack with air con - dishwasher - washing machine so it’s quirky and is what it is. Thanks so much for a great stay

Family with toddler -Great location to park and shops as well as beach, quick walk with toddler on trike 👍 -Extremely bright house with many windows in each room -Quite loud with floor boards throughout -Stuffy and hot in outer bedrooms (enclosed verandah) with just fans to cool them. -Burrs throughout lawn -Ants in kitchen and dishwasher if any crumbs left behind/not put on immediately

Great location. Nice house.
Little things like salt and pepper, paper towel, small bars of soap for shower would be nice. Also the house is advertised for up to 10 people and there is only 2 tea towels? And if expected to leave the house 100% cleaned please supply a full size broom (?) and adequate cleaning supplies. Perhaps also a few more games/dvds/books/puzzles for families would be nice.

Family celebration
We loved the location and roomy house. It was great to have nice spaces g go or sleeping and cocking. This house seems like a work in progress and will be lovely when the fence is secure,outdoors clean and more places to chill outside to make the most of summer and sea breezes. Maintenance on sliding doors, cobwebs on outdoor furniture needed. Super comfy beds thanks

Great comfortable property inside
The interior of the property has been updated at some point and is comfortable - beds comfortable, ample sleeping options and functional bathrooms. Great living area with ample seating for all. Like other reviews the outside is a disaster - not safe for children let alone I wouldn't leave my dog unsupervised in the backyard - unsecure fence to next door where a big staffy/ mastiff type dog lives, weeds everywhere, rusty re-bar covering a firepit and dumped oil tins. Certainly not the type of back deck that is relaxing to sit on for a meal. It really needs a big clean up.

Great location
The house is in a great location, nice and close to parks for kids and walking distance to shops and beach. Sadly the yards are awful, the back yard needs a complete cleanup and mow. The shed outside needs removing , what an eyesore. The ceiling in the lounge room needs a lot of attention. The outdoor setting has not been cleaned for a very long time , so many cobwebs. I felt the cleaning fee was a bit steep, no one had swept under the beds for a while . I think we left it cleaner.

The property is is in a great location and is well set up for large group or a couple of families. House was clean and had all utilities needed although one of the bathroom walls has considerable mould on the toilet wall. The only down fall is backyard with old shed needs a major clean up as not suitable for young children with lawns not mowed and full of prickles

Excellent Place!
This was a great property to stay in. We had 10 people to fit very comfortably, 4 dogs which all had ample room to run and play out the backyard and with two bathrooms there was no issues with bathroom waits. Such a lovely spot as well. Would highly recommend, thank you!
