I pre-paid for my rooms. When arriving my rooms were given to another guest under my reservation number with my credit card on those rooms. Staff entered my new rooms under cash paid upon going to our new rooms. One of our rooms was locked and was unable to be opened. Staff had to work on door in order to allow us in the room, the door continued to lock and had to be jammed open in order to come and go from the room. When checking out, although I had informed staff that I had two service dogs and produced verification. Staff had placed charge on account for both service dogs and had to be fixed in the morning prior to check out.
