Booked a stay through Expedia in advance. Arrive at the hotel after 12 hours of driving for the hotel staff to tell me that they changed systems and no longer see my old booking.
Secondarily, when I ask what they can do to fix their error since I did what I was supposed to properly, the staff explain that they don’t have the ability to sync their records, only the property manager…who wasn’t available.
I understand certain things are outside of people’s control, but to put it all on me to fix things, when I did nothing wrong, was frustrating and has brought me to the conclusion that I won’t be using this location when traveling through CO
