「My sister and I only stayed for one night and used one of the rooms in the house but it was the perfect place to stay for the concert. The host, Steve, was very helpful and even drove us to and from the concert! Property is situated on a beautiful serene lot, hummingbirds were abundant out on the deck, had coffee and pastries in the am prior to checkout. Great spot!」

「I had a very enjoyable three night stay. The apartment location is absolutely perfect, especially if you enjoy strolling in historic neighborhoods. Very walkable to numerous restaurants, as well as a well-stocked co-op. Parking is easy, as promised. The weather did not require the use of the window air conditioners, though I appreciated the fan I found in one of the closet. Owner was very responsive to my requests. Definitely recommend!」

「Our stay was amazing. The house is beautiful, clean and a great location from downtown. Not too far at all. The streets are a bit steep, so we did drive the older folks down to the ferry boat. I would highly recommend this home to rent. Angela the home owner communicated very well with us before our visit. 」

My only complaint is their decision to charge for parking, as that was one of the highlights of this location. Additionally, it was a total surprise, and I wish they would’ve sent an email to recent previous guests to let them know this is a change. Overall, I am happy to stay here any time. 」
