「Très déçue ! Entre les photos de l'annonce et la réalité il y avait un fossé, la réception n'a rien voulu entendre ! En prime je vous épargne l'odeur de cigarette dans la chambre, ils m'ont proposé de faire venir le service de chambre pour essayer d'y remédier mais je doute que quelqu'un soit passé ! Sur le descriptif c'était lumineux et avec du parquet, mais la réalité était un carrelage blanc, hyper froid (pourtant en juin) et un vieux cliclac en guise de lit, avec dans le matelas un grosse...

「The town was very quiet which made this stay one we would have shortened, however a day trip to Annecy made staying here worth it. This property is more like an up-scale dorm room and I’m certain it’s great for a skiing crash pad. 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our second visit to Chalets de Joy this year. The property is new, immaculately clean and spacious apartments. We love that the residence has the facilities of a modern alpine hotel, with the space and convenience of your own apartment. For winter ski lift access however, it is a 5 minute walk down a relatively steep hill with your ski equipment. We decided to drive down to the gondola instead, which was a little disappointing as we were not expecting this. 」
