「For me, I was visiting an old friend living in La Marina Urbanisation. It was easy for me to use this accommodation primarily for staying overnight. It was clean and with necessary creature comforts. The quiet road outside was good for parking my car. Communication with the owner by WhatsApp made life easy if anything was required 」

「Just come back from a week and would highly recommend. Communication with the owner and during check in was excellent! The villa was clean with great facilities for both kids and adults! The kids loved the pool and spent most of their time playing in the lovely outdoor space. Would definitely like to visit again. We were visiting family in the local area but would suggest a car rental to be able to fully explore local attractions. Thank you we really enjoyed it! 」

「The house is very big and homely. The pool was delightful. Hosa met us on time and was very helpful and explained everything. The house has everything you need. There is no tv but for us that was no problem. There is free WiFi so you can use that. Overall it was great and I would use the accommodation again. 」

「Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub in diesem schönen Haus. Ausreichend Platz, Aussenbereich, Gemeinschaftspool und was man braucht ist im Haus vorhanden, inklusive einer Waschmaschine. 25 Minuten Fahrt nach Torrevieja und zu den Stränden. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter, der bei Bedarf sofort erreichbar ist. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen. 」

「This well stocked small villa provided a great base for Cala Capitan beach, coastal walks or the main “strip” for the restaurants and bars. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 20 minutes to the strip. The short walk to the beach does require you to walk along a trail that a previous review found difficult - it is a bit like a cart track at certain points, so you do need to be steady on your feet - we carried the beach chair included in the Villa without any issues. There is also a supermarket close...

「Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très agréable et situé dans un quartier très calme. Néanmoins les équipements extérieurs sont un peu défraîchis et mériteraient d’etre rénovés.」
