「Lucia hat uns freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen obwohl wir spät ankamen.Die Wohnung ist ideal für zwei Personen, wir waren aber auch schon zu viert dort. Wir kommen gern wieder.」

「Wir haben acht sehr schöne Wochen in der Casa Lucia verbracht. Es ist angenehm ruhig, mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Strand, aber man ist auch zu Fuß schnell beim Einkaufen und kann gleich vom Haus zu den Wanderwegen kommen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. 」

「Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben und die Betreuung durch das Team der Casa Verano super gut. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. 」

Kitchen could be updated slightly with sharper knives and new frying pans but otherwise everything was very clean and functional and Hermigua is a beautiful town with plenty of walks nearby. 」

「Have been going to Ona El Marques for a number of years now. Lovely complex and have recently had some refurbishments such as new restaurant and reception area. Gives the complex a much fresher and modern look. The apartments are nice but are in need up some updating,especially the bathrooms, would be nice to have walk in shower. However we thoroughly enjoy our stay each year. 」

「Amazing stay at Bancal! The hotel is huge, green, sustainable, the view of the Teide incredible and the service excellent (thanks to Charlie!). We ate at the buffet and the food was really good and the staff kind and professional. Overall, the quality/price is unbeatable and we really had a lovely stay.」

「We were disappointed with service in the restaurant in particular. Mis-taken orders. Staff chatting with one another while holding a meal en route to a table. The Main dishes were just average. We enjoyed the fresh fruit at breakfast. I don’t believe that a coffee machine with decent coffee in each room ought to be too much to ask at the price level.」
