「We were in the area for work so didn't really get to enjoy all that the house had to offer, but did get to take a walk on the beach and pier which was only a block away. One parking spot in the garage and no problem parking on the street. Would definitely stay there again.」

Location is downtown so be prepared for not so pleasant smells and a very present unhoused population in the immediate surroundings. 「This is the perfect location to visit Malibu. The beachfront property and beach access is fabulous, definitely outweighs some oversights. Our biggest issue was when we arrived, the heat was on and the inside temp was 79 degrees while outside it was almost 90 degrees. We were slowly able to cool it down after 24 hours, but that was not the best way to start our stay. 「Great little condo, walkable to the beach and the second st downtown shopping and dining. The kitchen is set up if you want to do some cooking. The one draw back is your bedroom is also the main living area, so you could not entertain. Would also be nice if the front yard was set up with some seating, but since there are other units, maybe that's an issue. Overall, good deal. 」

「Beautiful ocean view and within easy walking distance to pier, shops and restaurants. Would suggest adding a few more lamps and hooks for personal belongings inside the house. Having a parking spot was a huge plus. Additionally, we were able to easily access the metro link to get to Sofi Stadium. 」
