If you want to stay few days in Arashiyama, then this will be good choice for you. The hoster are young Chinese couple. Very friendly. They introduced me to visit the monkey mountain to over see the whole kyoto city. It's pretty I don't have much time to stay there.
And if you want to try the public bath, you can buy the ticket from the hoster, it'll cheaper than you buy in there directly.
Good wifi. It's pretty convenient to train and bus lines (the 28 City bus picks up across the street and the Hankyu train line is around the corner) and it's about 10 minutes from the bridge. Note: the breakfast is served at a cafe around the corner, but only from 9-11, so you may need to schedule your day accordingly (or don't sign up for breakfast and plan on eating elsewhere). A lot of restaurants in Arashiyama close pretty early (the izakaya next door stays open for normal dinner hours, but the highly recommended sushi place closes at 5 pm). Clean rooms. Front desk is open for check-in until 9pm, but then you get a code for the front door and for your room.
