「The Hotel is amazing, and everything. I was disappointed with service from front desk. Extended our stay and booked sea view and we were swoped around our room was given to some guest and were left to occupy the room we did not book. Our welcome message was still giving us the initial room which was 1222. We were forced to stay 8th floor as there were no longer rooms available on the 01 Jan 2025. 」
