At first time, When I check in, My friend just dropped us off, and that staff keep saying a lot of Japanese and I don't understand what he talking about. We just need to unload the luggage and take few minutes only. And he wasting my time for more than 10 mins due to poor communication! For 2nd time, my friend drove his car and come to pick me up. “酒店有專車在巴士車站接送來回，對於有行李的旅客非常方便。房間很乾淨和新，空間亦很大，很舒服的住上。酒店內有私人風呂，只是2200 日元，可以預約獨立浸溫泉。早餐環境和食物都不錯，而且價錢很合理。”

“旅館有一定的歷史，設施比較舊，有點回到從前的感覺。離湯畑有一定的距離，大約15分鐘吧（如不走錯路），且要上斜坡。但周邊很安靜，溫泉和露天風呂很舒服，整體上亦算乾淨。最難得是有大露台，外面是一片叢林山景。以這個價錢而言，cp值算是極高，整體上我個人是非常滿意的。 之前見comments上頗多負評亦有點擔心，因budget有限亦決定一試，但老老實實，一分錢一分貨，我覺得這間旅館已經交足貨人。真心想幫這店平平反。將心比己，人地都要維皮嘛，下次再嚟，希望仍能住這平價酒店。”
