“Gate parking is good. Few good restaurants along the street of the hotel is plus point. Surely will come back on next trip.”

“Good location at adjacent to IOI Kulai. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful during our short stay! One of the best budget hotels if you are visiting Kulai area.”

“the place was safe, cozy and quiet. Plenty of food stalls nearby the area. Aeon Mall is 5 mins by car. No eating and smoking inside the homestay room though.”

“close to the Aeon, many option for meal Hot water isn't enough for bath.”

“Rooms was nice-looking and relatively clean albeit small. There is no table or chair. There was car honking constantly at night and aircon was noisy and has bright LED that is distracting. There is no hair dryer. There was nice cafe outside called 3rd Junction Cafe and decent restaurant nearby for breakfast.”

“It is located near Johor Bahru CIQ. You could reach Singapore within 5 minutes.”

“Pros: Quite close to Legoland, just a few minutes walk, pass through the Mall of Medini, and Legoland is right there. Cons: Not convenient for public transport, however, using Grab App to book a ride is relatively cheap. Only a 7-ELEVEn and a small supermarket nearby. Only a few restaurants and fast food restaurants in the Mall of Medini. The hotel is overall a bit old, maintenance is fair, neats but but just look old. A bit dark inside the toilet and bath, water pressure was weak. Can have deep……

"酒店內環境和房間都讓人挺滿意，只是酒店的地理位置真要說明一下，對於不是開車直達酒店的旅客真的不太方便，雖然地圖顯示是在新山檢查站旁邊，但附近並沒有比較直接的路線能通往酒店，得繞一大段距離才能步行至酒店大堂，而且那段路程完全沒有斑馬線，拖著行李橫過車來車往的馬路真的挺危險，附近在大型施工還需要經過地盤工地，女性遊客可能需要考慮注意一下。"
