A true experience for a person who wants to stay overnight in oversized outdated mausoleum - practically empty, need of renovation, poor breakfast. Nice view from room.
Not a very good experience. Front desk staff were not at the desk. Must ring a bell to call them. No bell boys to help with luggage, no water in room, very empty hotel lobby etc. Won't be going there again till another international hotel chain or a reputable management takes over.

Rundown but great escape.
This is a run down hotel with poor maintenance. Clearly seen the management trying to save their operation cost in every aspect. But i love my staying there. There is no need to que at the reception counter, lot of parking space and almost all the time you are alone and feel like you own the whole floor.

An abandoned gem
Check in late to the hotel, arrive at hotel compound, the whole place was dark with no lightings We thought that the hotel has close down. The only lighting we see is at the lobby area when we drive further in. 1st impression of the hotel, no longer maintain. But it was a real pity, the ambience was great with marble walls, everything was with quality. But was left with little or no maintanence for the whole place.

we arrived at the hotel, checked in and went to our room. we had a junior suite, I needed to go to the toilet and the whole floor was flooded. we asked for a new room and they sent up two plumbers and no cleaner, ther was almost no guests in the hotel, so they should just have changed room at once, I went to the reception and said we will go out for 10 minutes and wen we come back the new room should be ready. It still was't. Eventually we got a new room. there was no leekage but it was the dirtiest hotelroom I have ever seen ( pictures can be provided ) Mould everywhere in the bathroom, dirty floors, dirty coffecups etc.
I will never recommend this hotel to anybody, it is the woest hotelexperience I have had

No attention to details.
I stayed 5 nights. The room size and breakfast is excellent. The air conditioning in my room is not cold, tv does not work and the towels are coloured and run down. The key to the lift doesn't work everytime I come back to the hotel. The bed is rather soft and pillow too thin. I believe this hotel could do better with better management to details.

Staffs are helpful, the room is clean and wifi is high speed. Some facilities in the room need improvement but i had a pleasant stay, very peaceful.

Found cockroach wandering around my luggage during the night but the breakfast buffet and environment is great.Worth to the price.
