There was a nail on the carpet which hurt my foot and there was also 3 cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom.

Poor experience at Penthouse KLCC
Was denied check-in as counter staff advised that our booking was not found. Insisted that we did not have any booking. No effort to help call Hotels.com but asked us to contact them. We are all drenched from heavy rain had carried our luggage into the reception and now had to carry out to the car again. Spent 1.5 hours trying to verify with Hotels.com on the phone and eventually check-in staff allowed us to check-in saying that they received a call from Hotels.com when he should have helped us to check with our itinerary receipt. Our wifi also didn't work from 4th day onwards.
