「El complejo está genial, y nuestro alojamiento, casa del lago estaba muy bien, tenía unas vistas estupendas, pero la cama era horrible, muy muy incómoda y hacía mucho ruido, es hora de cambiarla. La recepción regular , incomprensible que haya tantas personas y ninguna hable nada de español, explicaciones de los servicios las justas por no decir casi ninguna. Las comidas muy bien, sobre todo el desayuno y la cena, el buffet de la comida muy escaso.」

「I stay in a one bed apartment and was thankful for the air-conditioning as it was hot outside. Plenty of room for one person and there was a view of the mountain from the windows. I had to buy some microwave cookware as there was no specific items of that kind in the apartment but that was the only thing that let the place down. 」

「Property location is very close to gondola, a five minute slow walk. Communication and responsiveness of property manager was excellent and extremely accommodating regarding early check in and late check out. Good WiFi. Sauna and pool were a great addition to our stay. Kitchen could do with more tea mugs & glasses and some better lighting. We cooked in the apartment quite a bit and found some of the pots were in need of a deeper clean but nothing major. Overall great stay and would recommend!...

「Liz was very accommodating with a last minute change of beds, fussy kids and a vegan to cater for. The food was delicious, nutritious and varied. She went out of her way to offer a vegan starter, main and dessert every evening for my daughter. We didn't expect that and it was much appreciated. She asked us at the start of the week about any likes and dislikes and the kids put in their requests too. Fired chicken baked beans etc! The rooms were warm and comfortable and gave us our own privacy...

「Absolutely fantastic hotel located right next to the Bansko gondola. The staff are attentive, friendly and go out of their way to make your stay amazing. The room (alpine suite) was spacious and clean with an amazing bathroom with its own whirlpool bath and sauna. The spa was great but a bit disappointing that some facilities were not operating due to a technical fault but at least we had a personal sauna in our room.
