“Such a fantastic customer service. We have nothing but praise for this lovely hotel and all of the staff. There was nothing too difficult or strange. We got caught in the strikes and arrived early and they had the room so let us checkin early. The half board was excellent with great meat at the taverna and there was so much food at breakfast as well. Beautiful setting and easy and comfortable room with a private pool, perfect for family! ”

“Overall it was great value for money and beautiful views from the balcony. Staff were welcoming. The room had good interior decor however we felt there needed to be further renovations to the hotel. “Ich hätte mir wirklich keinen schöneren Urlaub vorstellen können: das Zimmer war wunderschön eingerichtet, sauber, das Bett war bequem, Terrasse und Pool sehr einladend, die Aussicht ein absoluter Traum. Nicht mal 10 Minuten entfernt ein toller Strand, 3 Minuten bis zum nächsten kleinen Supermarkt. Saer ist wahnsinnig gastfreundlich und offen. Ich habe mich vom der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt und werde bestimmt wiederkommen :) sehr sehr große Empfehlung!”

“We paid a pretty reasonable price for this beaitiful hotel. Facilities are new and clean. The spa is small but very nice , they only take 6 people per time. The hotel is not in the seafront as I thought but it has its own sun loungers/bar services at the rethymno beach which is one small block away.
