Very nice Hotel , many food options to chose from. Had a gathering at Grand Market buffet restaurant with 20 of my friend, all had great time. Staff was helpful to accommodate early check in.

This is supposed to be the flagship property/hotel in Kolkata. The hotel itself is excellent, rooms and facilities are clean, rooms are very well maintained, view from room was fantastic.
However, we had breakfast and afternoon tea included in our package. The breakfast area was very disappointing, extremely crowded and very poorly managed. Looks like a roadside dhaba and that too with extremely slow service. We have to wait for almost and hour to get in and then had terrible experience getting some hot food. Ordered some omelette/dosa which took for ever, and have to remind them multiple times. hotel should improve their breakfast area/facility.
Similar experience at the afternoon tea area. Over congested and have to wait for all the appetizer for ever.

All super clean, renovated and well maintained. It is a shame for all those plastic containers and free products amenities for the clients, made in plastic. You should find a solution and promote dispensers instead, for soap, shampoo, ecc. avoiding climate pollution.

Great property! seamless checkin, quick service all around, comfy rooms and helpful staff. Forgot a bunch of toiletries had to ask a couple of times to mail it to me and they called back after that saying they will mail asap.

Very good hotel, and I was so impressed with their service and the high level of hotel quality. Highly recommended this hotel. However, Kolkata is a very poor city, so I felt like so sorry to visit in Kolkata.

Stunning building but very poorly managed.
The check in staff is not well trained. Relationship manager was not around. When you come in it’s not welcoming unlike the Taj or Oberoi’s. Carpets through out the property is quite soiled and need a quick upgrade.
Avartana is a great experience if you need to take someone out for a treat. The waiters need some training on communication for how to speak when you work in a fine dining restaurant. They were kind and generous just that communication skills are poor and sounds like they have memorized and they regurgitate it with an every course of meal.
This hotel has incredible potential if they focus on their human resources and hire the right talent and make the place a lot warmer with the right staffing.
Just being very objective on my review with the hope ITC turns the ship around.
With the huge investment they have made to built this structure I hope they focus on their human resources. Train and keep the best. Cheering you on!
