Bad hotel experience ever
平時去幾多旅行 好少經歷到咁不快 亦都第一次寫評價 有需要話俾將會消費者知道

front desk安排員工帶我同男友到房
行左段路 上層housekeeper嗌話未執好
問個員工點解 佢答「唔知」
仲叫我地周圍行10分鐘
大熱天時 拎住個大背包同袋喎⋯
10分鐘之後返lobby 見到幾個員工傾偈
我問有冇其他房 話其他房要等更耐
唔專業 態度欠佳
基本既front desk,housekeeping既management同溝通都無
Manager出黎say sorry
我男友識泰文 知佢地講咩 從對話中講到我地吹佢地快d咁
入到房 wifi用唔到 有個插電位有問題 電視有雪花 engineerer黎整都係整唔到 房冇牙刷 打去話11:xx pm housekeep部門closed
早餐選擇唔多 味道一般
如果住呢度 一d都唔值
普通酒店都好過呢間好多

A staff escorted my BF n me to room. We walked awhile, 1housekeeper had yelled: not yet finished the cleaning
We asked the staff why this happened
She said she don’t know, told us to walk inside hotel about 10mins
But the whether was extremely hot, how we held the big backpack n bags to walk around
I asked the staff back lobby to deal with it.
After 10mins, We back lobby and saw staff they were chit chat.
I tried to ask for another room but they said another room would be waited for longer time
Not professional n helpful enough as the poor basic knowledge n communication
Manager came out for apologise
My bf knew some Thai so he understood what they were talking...like said we pushed them to do faster.
Wifi cannot be used.
1 socket was out of usage
TV screen quality was poor.
Engineer came for fixing but cannot be fixed.
We realised no tooth-brushes in the room
Front seat said housekeeping department closed ,they
Breakfast choices not much, taste so so
this hotel room not that valuable.others in Samui, which were much more comfortable
