「We chose this home based upon the location and the pictures. When we arrived, we were a bit disappointed in the overall appearance of the gounds. It was definitely more run down than the pictures portrayed. The entire complex needs some paint and lots of TLC. The house itself was fine, but it is advertised as OK for long term guests and I would have to disagree with that. 「We have stayed at Andy's condo several times in the past and have always enjoyed our stay....this time was no exception! The condo is super clean and comfortable with cold AC, comfy beds, lots of extra linens, and plenty of kitchen utensils/pans to prepare full meals for a family. We have our own car and always pick up groceries before we come so once we arrive we're ready to have a relaxing time. Andy is quick to respond if there are problems. 「The house has plenty of rooms for up to 6 gusts and every room has air condition. The swimming pool was one of the best I've ever experienced, surrounded by coconut and other trees, very natural setting. It is a short walk to the beach from the house. 「Ich bin normalerweise nicht so der Rezessionen Schreiber. Hier ist es mir aber ein Bedürfnis! Angefangen damit, dass vom Vermieter schon vorab jegliche Hilfestellung angeboten wurde, zum Beispiel wurde der komplette Transfer vom/zum Flughafen organisiert, so ging es mit der Umsorgung während des Aufenthaltes weiter. Egal, ob noch etwas im Haus benötigt wurde (z.B. Mehrfachsteckdose) oder ob es um Ausflüge ging, so war immer die gute Fee des Hauses da und konnte immer helfen, was ja nicht...
