「I’ll start with what went well. The rooms were beautiful. The dining staff and valets were 5 stars. But, it was disappointing that our rooms never got cleaned (if this was somehow a rule because we were there only two nights it wasn’t communicated with us). We had to beg for towels and never had service (it took 3 phone calls over two hours) and ran out of toilet paper. I think if they are going to bill themselves as an upscale hotel they need to step up their housekeeping.」

「We enjoyed the pool and we were able to walk to Market Square to welcome home the Championship TN Vols Baseball Team !」

「Stayed with my daughter and grandchildren. Back door was left open at night at all. I did not like that. Went for breakfast and staff was in dining room. Food was almost gone no eggs no biscuits. No milk. They made no attempt to see that it was restocked. Key card to our room was hard to work. Had it at the desk multiple times. Hotel was clean. Not sure if I would stay again. 」
