"We received a very nice, spacious room with an amazing view. Check-in was quick, and the staff was helpful. Unfortunately, the cleaning service was very disappointing. Sometimes, only one of the two beds was made, and at times, the room was barely cleaned. The hotel is nice, but the issue lies with the staff. "Hotel in general is super clean. Great selection of food. Great to have a cafe also to get a nice coffee in the mornings. The only problem i had was the noise. There was some sort of a soccer tournament on and there was so many children about which created noise early in the morning and late at night. It was very annoying at meal times because they all came together which created chaos and lots of children running around. It wasn't so nice when your a couple looking to rest for a couple of days....

"We really enjoyed our stay at Sunprime. Loved ground floor room around pool although it was very shaded by trees. End of season so very quiet and pool bar closed. Quite alot of maintenance noise in the morning. Cleaner knocked too early at 9am. Bed very comfortable. Was woken up in the middle of night by a bright sensor light shining in the room and howling cries outside by the pool which appeared to be people praying very loudly.
