I really appreciated how kind and helpful the hotel staff were during my stay. They were able to offer me my room early, which was so appreciated after a very long day of travel. I was also able to print my airline info with them going out of their way to help me out. It made my trip so much more relaxing when it could have added stress. We stayed in the new wing, which was wonderful. Room was clean and spacious with a walk in style shower.Just pay attention to signage as it can be a bit confusing finding your wing. Also two hotels are attached together so easy to get turned around and end up at the wrong front desk. Lobby starbucks was convenient. Included breakfast was good. Nice staff. Had a small issue, management went above and beyond to resolve. Would stay again. Try Charcoal steakhouse across the street. We also drove to Metro, Kitvhrner's oldest schnitzel house. Very different but delicious dining experiences.
