「Great experience in such nice small onsen hotel. We stayed in the room with outdoor private pool to enjoy the relaxing onsen any time. Our dinner and breakfast were served in a private room, and the room has provided the toys to kids so that we could enjoy the food. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend if you are driving and wish to escape from a busy city. 」

「The ryokan was just sit aside the river. It was aged but was kept very good. A real traditional ryokan. The outdoor onsens were excellent. I enjoyed the onsens with the nature very much. The staff could be communicated with basic English while I couldn't speak Japanese. The Japanese style dinners were delicious and delighted. 「この宿泊施設はバラ園に囲まれた、300年前の歴史ある建物を見事に改装しています。部屋の内装は古い雰囲気を感じさせながらも、スマートなライトなどの現代的なアメニティも取り入れられ、ユニークな雰囲気が魅力的でした。温かいスタッフのおもてなし。スタッフ全員が本当に優しい方々で、雪の日には傘を持って出迎えてくれました。その心遣いに感動し、滞在中ずっと暖かい気持ちで過ごせました。愛らしい犬ちゃんの存在。施設にはとてもかわいらしい犬ちゃんがおり、その存在が滞在をよりほっこりとしたものにしてくれました。特に犬ちゃんと遊ぶ時間は思い出深いものになりました。特別な食事体験夕食ではイタリア料理を楽しむことができ、特にイノシシの焼肉は絶品でした。朝ごはんは和食で、特に自家製のジャムが絶品でした。地元の食材を使った贅沢な朝食は、日本の美味しさを満喫できました。特別なイベントの演出宿泊日が彼女の誕生日だったため、事前にケーキのリクエストをしました。スタッフの方々は心を込めてケーキを用意してくれ、彼女も大変喜んでくれました。特別な瞬間を演出してもらえて感激です。」

「広大な敷地にある素敵な日本庭園と藁ぶき屋根の母屋がとても印象的です。わずか１１室のみですので、静かにのんびりと過ごせます。チェックインをするためだけの空間など、少しもったいない感じがありました。思いっきり和の空間ですが、お食事はフレンチ。美味しかったですが、なんとなく和食の方がしっくりくる感じがします。上諏訪は酒蔵も多いですし、地酒とともに味わう和食というのも魅力的だと思います。外国人の姿もちらほら見かけましたので、和食も食べられるとポイント高いと思います。スタッフの方は皆さんにこやかで、優しくとても心地よい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。」
