「Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...

Bonne communication avec le propriétaire - Merci à Monsieur Hidemasa pour avoir été toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions Les - : . Maison pas isolée donc un peu froide l’hiver . Un peu excentrée En résumé, nous recommandons ce logement d’un bon rapport qualité prix 」

「Logement confortable pour une famille, bien équipée et proche du bus. 」

「Ich hätte mir hier mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht. Im Gegensatz zu den Bildern war die Amatur komplett verkalkt und es war im Eingangsbereich doch schon sehr dreckig. Dazu kommt, dass die Matratzen sehr unbequem waren. Die Wohnung war sonst nicht komplett verkehrt für wenige Tage. 」

「친구들과 함께 5명이서 2박 숙박했습니다. 룸상태 최고입니다 화장실 욕실 층별 1개씩 토탈 2개 1층에서 취사도구도 완비 다이슨 드라이기 유투브, 넷플릭스 다됨 2층에 방2/ 방1-더블2 , 방1-싱글2 3층 다락방은 작아요 잘수는없을듯 침대가 너무 편안하게 잘잣어요 호스트도 메신져로 답변 빠르게 잘해주시고 즐겁게 친구들과 2박3일 묵다가 갑니저」

「The house is in a good location within 10 mins walking distance to train station, shops and restaurants. Beds was comfortable for 5 adults. The host Anan replies quite promptly to what ever questions that we have. There is a washing machine but no proper dryer. Also the 3 bins provided was overflowing from previous guests that was not removed. It is not the owner’s fault. But make it difficult for us to sorted out the rubbish when we stayed for 7 nights.. 」

「Overall the property was great. Check in process was good and they gave step by step directions to the house. Location was good and I enjoyed getting to stay in a real Japanese home. If there were any negatives, I would have liked a television to watch on the cold rainy day we had, maybe get to watch Japanese television. Other than that, I had no complaints. 」

「スカイツリーの近くで夜景もとても綺麗でした。家電も揃っていて3日滞在したが、とても過ごしやすかったです。」

「The property felt traditional yet everything was quite modern and comfortable. The kids loved sleeping on the tatami mats with futons. All rooms were air conditioned. The spacious shower and bath room was a win. The room downstairs was handy for the elderly people. Very close to temple, river ferry, underground, ramen shops, convenience stores and the like. Would recommend to any type of group.」
