With two double bedrooms and one twin room, the property sleeps six people comfortably and offers lots of living space so you can spend your holiday relaxing at the property as well as enjoying the nearby beaches and countryside. Set over two floors, downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dining table. There’s also a lounge with a comfy seating, feature log burner (not in use) and TV. A twin bedroom and double bedroom are also located downstairs, along with the family bathroom. Meanwhile, upstairs you will find the master bedroom, as well as another bathroom complete with a bath, basin and WC.
Time spent outdoors is a key part of a holiday in the Hope Cove, so the garden at Sunnyside is a favourite feature. There’s a raised patio area which allows you to enjoy sea views while you cook on the barbecue and tuck into leisurely lunches thanks to the table and chairs provided.

The access road to the property is very narrow. Small and medium cars will be able to access only. Other cars can use free on street parking before the entrance to the track or paid parking in the village.
Recommended for: Sunnyside is ideal for families and friends and is dog friendly (2 dogs max).

Hope Cove is a small but perfectly formed corner of South Devon, made up of two distinct beaches at Inner Hope and Outer Hope. In the winter months it is a quiet bubble away from the world with a charming village pub, The Bar & Cove Restaurant and a selection of hotels that also offer food, drink and spa treatments. In the summer, the intimate location has a happy, buzzy community vibe all of its own and is a haven for days spent on the beach and splashing about in the sea. Hope Cove also offers easy access directly onto the South West Coast Path, for breath taking clifftop walks, and it’s only a short drive (or long walk) from the famous seaside town of Salcombe.
