「We had the most wonderful stay! The condo was perfect! The amenities were an added bonus! We got in the hot tub in a snow storm and it was beautiful! We built a snowman, sledded down the hills, made snow angels, then went and warmed up in our cozy cabin-like condo. Condo was prepped well with all kitchen necessities, small shampoo and conditioners, lots of linens and pillows, and extra heaters! We also checked out Kings Beach, that was just down the road. 「Easy and accessible to main road. Just up the road from Safeway, and down the road from a sledding hill and Northstar. Place was clean and easy to enter; had a short walk from the parking lot to unload. Pool and hot tub didn’t appear usable during the winter; and found the internet to be fast as advertised. Would book again for another getaway; kids loved the bunk beds and games in the house. Thanks again!」

「Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Close to skiing. Easy check in. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed too. It was a little hard getting all our stuff through the snow to the unit since it was on the end. Other than that it was a great home. Thank you!」

「The house was as described, plenty of room for a good size group. The deck has such a great view of the lake. The home was also very well stocked with everything you would need for the kitchen. The only thing I would say is make sure you get accurate codes for the gate at the dock and the Wi-Fi info - the name and password are correct. We had to call back and forth a couple of times but they were prompt in getting us the info. Great place - would definitely stay again!」

「This condo is incredibly well-appointed and functional. The proximity to activities in King's Beach and recreation in North Tahoe was perfect for our family of five with three adult children. The easy lake access for paddle boarding/kayaking and walking distance to restaurants was ideal. We enjoyed our week immensely in this comfortable home!」

It had everything we needed in the kitchen to make and bake Thanksgiving dinner. I just wish I had known that before we arrived. I was told there was very little, not even plates or utensils. I brought everything to make Thanksgiving dinner and it ended up the place had everything I needed. It was a huge waste of time and space in my car. It was hard...

「Excellent location near Northstar and King's Beach with plenty to do. The unit is spacious and equipped with absolutely everything we needed. The owners were so conscientious and truly excellent hosts - they sent Instacart with a delivery of coffee pods, knowing we were close to running out. Coffee is my lifeblood, so this won me over right away! Beds were comfy, the showers were great, and the heater worked just as we wanted it to. We had such a fun time and would definitely stay here again!!!」

「The complex in Kings Beach area is so insanely gorgeous. We loved the amenities: pool, sauna, clubhouse, benches by the lake and dock. Elaine was always helpful with her communication. The only 4 out of 5 star review refers to the limited lake view from the condo. We would come back again.」
