“The hotel is very far away from the rail station and other transportation ,so,if you are not driving or riding bikes,it would not be a good choice to stay while visiting Rotterdam. Besides, the manner of the front desk staff is not that good and not that helpful. All in all, I think you can get a better hotel in this price.”

“The hotel is fine in every aspect apart from the squeaky heating pump! It's in quite an industrial/office area but the 17 tram (about 150 meters away) will take you right into Rijswijk and Central Dern Haag. Probably the best hotel bed I have ever slept in. The staff at Bastion are very friendly and helpful!”

“The overall of the hotel is great and highly recommended. The only thing need to improve is: shampoo, show gel and hand wash were 3 in 1 and they had been used by previous customer and no one to re-fill whatever in the shower room or the hand wash place outside the toilet. Therefore, please prepare your shower gel and shampoo if you going to choose the hotel.”
