「This property was perfect for us. It was centrally located for visiting family. The full kitchen was fantastic! It was impeccably clean and they truly thought of everything! We will be staying again! The owner was very communicative and was very easy to work with.」

「The remodeling/upgrades done on this 1900’s apartment are well done. They’ve modernized the apartment while keeping the classic charm. While Downton Appleton goes to sleep early (unless you enjoy bar hopping), the block that this apartment is located has a number of fun little shops/coffeehouses/eateries. There is also a large YMCA behind this apartment which offers day passes if you accustom to a daily workout. One negative (which is out of the control of this apartment owner) is parking....

「Property desperately needs some bug spray and maintenance. The electrical is a bit slipshod and the microwave is unreliable. I’m also not sure why they include an oven/stovetop but don’t have any pots or pans. The shower was uncomfortably small and this led to several mishaps while showering. Aside from this, the property was serviceable. The air conditioner keeps the bed cool at night, and the bed was comfortable.」
