「Handy for Rothsey, and a lovely old building. My room was facing the harbour and an interesting view. Tired in places, chair was very wobbly, and doors etc as you would expect in a property of this age. However, the retro-fitted en-suite was good, and nice and clean. Felt like carpet had not been hovered. The Scottish breakfast was nice and not too overwhelming. Just right. The guys running the place were really friendly and polite.」

「The Corrie Hotel really was our home away from home during our 3-day stay on the Isle of Arran. A short drive on a good road from the Brodick ferry terminal, we found the Corrie Hotel to be a convenient base for our island explorations. 「This place is like one out of a fairytale. Most spacious! The property owner cooked amazing l meals and brought them to the room herself! They are wonderful people to meet! There are so many places within walking distance to see and enjoy in the area. The people who lived on the island are so very kind and gracious! Absolutely stunning home!
