「We booked a villa. The scenery was beautiful, the resort had numerous issues which affected our stay. The toilet/shower doors were very difficult to close due to warping and lack of maintenance. The front light didn't work, so the room was dark. The air-conditioning hardly worked and only barely managed to keep the room cool at night (between 8pm and 6am). 「This was an absolutely great find. After traveling through Thailand for about three weeks and experiencing all kinds of different hotels, this was like stumbling into an oasis. The property was clean, the room was large and modern, and it had a balcony with an great view to boot. The woman at the front desk went above and beyond. She helped us set up a private boat tour of the lake, as well as arranging taxis for us throughout our stay. Would 100% stay here again.」

「direct at the beach, appartements OK, not more, breakfast not international standard, thai personell was the best during our stay, management with owner not customer friendly, very special mail-communication with management before arrival, very poor location in khao lak, Very large distance to vacation infrastructure for tourists, too far for tourists concerning daily trips and other sightseeing events, definitely NOT to RECOMMEND」

「Fabulous!!!!!! Lovely spacious room with homemade cookies on arrival. Lots of hot water. Breakfast was delicious with homemade cakes, pancakes and jam. The best part about this hotel is the exceptional staff, friendly, informative and the service is very personal. This is a small family business that is run with love 」

「Perfect location for a relaxing stay and brilliant team of people providing fantastic and considered service. However the condition of the rooms from repair point of view is bed, broken tiles, rotten wood fittings, and even plastic plates for service lets it down otherwise a great escape!」
