Force to rebook this alternative resort after receiving email from Expedia on 2 December saying no room for Rabianphu resort and telling me to cancel but Expedia did not come out with a replacement for me till I called them on 4 Dec for an answer.FYI,this booking is done in early October 2023 and a confirmation voucher was issued to me.When arrived at Proud Green Garden Hill resort at 1800 ,the resort say ,there wasn't any booking under my name from Expedia.Luckily,the lady manager decide to release her own staff room for me to stay but have to get the toilet fixed up first.We have to shower without warm water for 2 night because the heater was faulty and unable to replace.The staff treat us well throughout our stay.Expedia have to give us an explanation why our booking went wrong twice.
